You have done many things right. You studied. You built a career. You took responsibilities seriously. You became someone people trust. From the outside, your life may look exactly like what you were supposed to build.
And yet... something feels different. Not necessarily wrong. Just different. A quiet feeling that something no longer fully fits.
You are often the person others rely on. You adapt quickly. You find solutions. You keep going. But somewhere along the way, something shifted.
You feel like you are moving through life on autopilot. You have ideas, questions and possibilities, but too much thinking has made clarity harder to find. You analyse. You search. You try to make the right decision. But the more you think, the further away the answer seems.
You have a project. An idea. A desire for change. A direction that feels more like you. But doubts appear. You question yourself. You wonder if it is realistic, if it is the right time, if you are making the right choice.
I learned quickly. I worked hard. I achieved. I became the person people could rely on, the one who delivered, who performed, who met expectations. For a long time, I believed those were my greatest strengths. And they were.
Until I realised that the same ability that helped me succeed was also slowly disconnecting me from myself.
From the outside, everything looked right. I had built a profile I was proud of. I had experiences I was genuinely grateful for. But internally, something had changed. I no longer felt like myself. The hardest part wasn't struggling. It was not understanding why.
After years of being recognised for my ability to perform, I started questioning myself. Where had my energy gone? Where had my confidence gone? Why did things that once felt natural suddenly feel so difficult?
That realisation changed the way I see personal growth. I no longer believe confidence is something we either have or don't have. I believe it is deeply influenced by the environments we are in and by how much space we feel we have to be ourselves.
We spend so much time trying to become the right person for the environment that we rarely stop to ask whether the environment is right for us. The same person can feel limited in one environment and thrive in another. What is valued somewhere may be overlooked somewhere else.
Sometimes, growth is not about becoming someone different. It's about finding the environment where you no longer have to hide parts of who you are.
Living and working across different countries profoundly changed the way I see people, success and potential. It showed me that there is no universal definition of success or fulfilment. Different cultures value different qualities, different ways of thinking and different ways of living.
This is the foundation behind Normalize. Not the idea that everyone should leave their career. Not the idea that entrepreneurship is the answer. But the belief that we deserve to build lives where our values, strengths and personality have the space to exist.
During one of my last professional experiences, someone told me something that has stayed with me ever since:
Those words resonated deeply because they captured the tension I had been living for years. I had become exceptionally good at adapting. What I had forgotten was that adapting should never mean abandoning yourself.
That belief shapes not only the way I live today, but also the way I coach. My role is not to give women a new identity. It is to create the space where they can reconnect with the one that has always been theirs.
To support this work with depth and integrity, I trained with Erickson Coaching International, one of the world's leading coaching schools, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I chose this path because I believe that supporting someone through meaningful life transitions requires more than intuition. It requires curiosity, structure, ethical practice and a commitment to continuous learning.
Coaching is not about finding someone else's answers. It is about creating the space to reconnect with your own. My role is not to tell you what to do, what decision to make or what path to follow. It is to help you explore what is truly important to you, question what no longer fits and uncover the insights that allow you to move forward with confidence.
Our first session is dedicated to understanding where you are today, what you want to explore and what you would like to move towards. Together, we define a clear objective for the coaching relationship. In coaching, this is called the "contract". It creates the foundation for a meaningful and focused journey.
One of the foundations of ICF accredited coaching is the belief that you already have valuable resources within yourself. The coach does not provide solutions. The coach creates the conditions for you to discover your own. Because when an answer comes from someone else, it can guide you. But when an insight comes from within, it changes the way you see yourself. And that is where transformation begins.
Before discovering this approach, I had already explored many personal development tools and self-reflection practices. They helped me understand certain things about myself. But understanding something intellectually is not always enough to create change. Through Erickson coaching, both as a client and later as a trained coach, I experienced something different. The right questions created space. The space created clarity. The clarity created movement. Little by little, a new direction appeared. A project emerged. A vision became possible.
They feel they can explore things they had never allowed themselves to question. They describe our sessions as a space where they can be completely honest, where the right questions help them see situations differently and where insights naturally emerge.
Coaching is a partnership. I bring my presence, my curiosity, my experience, my full attention and a structured coaching approach. You bring your willingness to explore, reflect and take ownership of your next steps. The answers belong to you. The decisions belong to you. The transformation belongs to you.
My role is simply to make sure you don't have to navigate that process alone.
